Pyopengl has updated to 3.1.0 which does some pretty big performance 
updates and improves some old intel card compatibility. I need this 
package to potentially release MCEdit for Debian as the performance 
impact is large, and it fixes some bugs that were causing issues with 
said old intel cards.
