reassign 766419 python-requests-whl
affects 766419 + python-virtualenv python3-virtualenv
block 766261 by 766419
Reassigned the bug to python-requests-whl given the context in which
it was discovered and the fact that it is indeed the problematic
But again beware of the huge reverse dependency list.
