Howdy,

Programming with the ‘scipy’ library requires understanding how it
works and what it does.

Please set a “Suggests: python-scipy-doc” dependency, so that
administrators choosing to install ‘python-scipy’ or ‘python3-scipy’
will receive the suggestion.
