No argument here. I guess I was misled by the section description in
aptitude:
Packages in the 'web' section include Web browsers, Web servers and
proxies, software to write CGI scripts or Web-based programs,
pre-written Web-based programs, and other software related to the
World Wide Web.
This, and 'static site generator' made me think section 'web' would be
appropriate.
