Please see the serious bug I just filed (#783390) regarding issues with
debian/copyright.

The package includes a PDF which is not rebuilt (or shipped).  Since it
appears that it could be rebuilt, this is presumably OK, but you should
check to make sure even though it's only in the source tarball.  The
tarball has to have preferred form of modification available.

Please remove the Python/Python3 provides.  For python they are largely
obsolete and should only be used if there is a package directly depending
on the versioned provided package.  Since we're down to python2.7, that should
never happen.  If there is an rdepend that needs it (I didn't check), please
have the depend on the non-versioned package.  For python3, we don't use the
provides at all.
