Consider the following description list, from the rst docs.  Place the
cursor on the line containing "Definition 1.". Press <TAB> any number
of times; the only indentation offered is at the beginning of the
line, which breaks the syntax of the list.

term 1
    Definition 1. 

term 2
    Definition 2, paragraph 1.

    Definition 2, paragraph 2.
