Attached is an update patch for adding the python3 package to the last versin
of python-git. I've kept Mattia in the changelog as he's really done all the
work.

Also this is just adding the new package, not switching to pybuild and tweaking
other bits. Running wrap-and-sort is probably still recommended though .
