[Python-modules-team] Bug#779424: python-twitter-doc: a single page of useless documentation

Package: python-twitter-doc
Version: 1.1+git20131227-2
Severity: normal

This package contains three web pages: index.html, genindex.html and
search.html

The only significant page is index.html, which contains a brief description of
the library with instructions for building, installing and running the test
suite. None of these instructions are relevant for somebody that has installed
the python-twitter package using the Debian package management system.

The genindex.html only contains navigation elements, otherwise it is empty.

Also in the package are images, style sheets and Javascript that are used in
the web pages. There are 11 images, 3 style sheets and 6 Javascript files.

The Python twitter library documentation is available via pydoc, this
documentation is included in the python-twitter package.

The python-twitter-doc package provides nothing of substance and should be
removed from Debian.
