[Python-modules-team] Reviewing 2 new python modules

Hi guys,

I packaged 2 new python modules and would like to have a review from you guys.
I think the python-modules svn repo could be a good place to get this
package repo if you're ok with that.

The 2 packages are:
https://mentors.debian.net/package/pylint-plugin-utils
https://mentors.debian.net/package/pylint-django

Can you check them when you have a chance to and tell me if there are
some stuffs I should change to get them good enough to meet the Python
Module Team standards please?
