[Python-modules-team] Backport of python-tornado/4.2.0-1 to jessie

Hello,
I will need kinda urgently (few days) to backport
python-tornado/4.2.0-1 to jessie, I can do it myself no problem, but
wanted to check with you if you prefer to handle it yourself or if
there's any problem if I do it.
