[Python-modules-team] Jessie backport of sqlalchemy 1.0.8

Hey Piotr,
do you have any plan to backport sqlalchemy to Jessie? I understand
1.x contains incompatible changes over 0.9.x but it also has pretty
interesting features we could use in stable
