[Python-modules-team] Backport of python-wheel from testing?

Hi,

    I've hit a situation where python-keyring from jessie-backports 
breaks python-wheel < 0.27, and 0.24.0-1 is in Jessie.

Would you be willing to python-wheel from testing to jessie-backports?
