My files are not read-only, but the /etc/localtime in my chroots,
instead of being a copy of the binary file in /usr/share/zoneinfo, is
just a symlink:

/etc/localtime -> /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Madrid

I know this is not exactly what "dpkg-reconfigure tzdata" does,
but I think it should be supported.

Thanks.
