[Python-modules-team] Bug#835991: python3-pyqt5: Slot decorators no longer work

Dear Maintainer,

Slots used to be decorated with things like

@QtCore.pyqtSlot(object)

Now having these causes a crash.

As a result qweborf is completely unusable now.

It seems that the last version of pyqt was a major release with
incompatibilities that perhaps needed a mass bug filling.
