Hi Vincent,

I noticed you commited ruamel.yaml to DPMT Git but the Maintainer field
is not set accordingly so I have no idea whether you like upgrades of
this package by team members.  At least I commited a watch file pointing
to pypi to fetch the latest upstream.  I'd like to upgrade the cwltool
package which at least needs python-ruamel.yaml (>=0.12.4) so it would
be nice if you could upgrade the package either in the next couple of
days or confirm that the package is really in team maintenance and allow
a team upload.
