[Python-modules-team] Bug#813571: virtualenv: Broken dependencies

Package: virtualenv
Version: 1.11.6+ds-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

I'm trying to install virtualenv on Sid. It depends on python3-virtualenv, that
depends on python-setuptools-whl *and* python-pip-whl. But python-pip-whl
(8.0.2-2) breaks python-setuptools-whl >=18.8-1, which is the version in Sid
repo. If I install python-setuptools-whl, apt-get removes python-pip-whl. So I
can't install python3-virtualenv neither python-virtualenv.

Thanks in advance.
