Barry, why did you do that? The changelog doesn't say a word about
those breaks/replaces. Shouldn't it provide those packages too if
it actually has the corresponding .whl file ?

Also I see that you inverted the >= into <= in Git, please upload the
fixed package quickly.

And you also need to update python-setuptools-whl since there's no package
yet that is not broken by the Breaks you added.
