[Python-modules-team] Bug#814455: python3-pip: Unnecessary dependency on python-3.4

Package: python3-pip
Version: 8.0.2-5
Severity: minor
Dear Maintainer,
The python3-pip package has an unnecessary explicit dependency
on python3.4 in addition to python3 (>=3.4~). This leads to the
installation of python3.4 packages on systems where python3 is >3.4,
such as sid.
This bug report's information does not report it as a dependency because
I have been manually apt-get downloading the python3-pip package,
removing the python3.4 dependency in DEBIAN/control, and then repackaging and
installing the modified package. pip3 still functions as expected.
