[Python-modules-team] Bug#814464: tweepy: Upstream Test Suite is disabled

Source: tweepy
Version: 3.4.0-1
Severity: wishlist
Dear Maintainer,
I have just finished packaging 3.5.0 of tweepy, and I have disabled the
upstream tests in order to close an RC bug and prevent the reverse dependencies
from being removed from testing.
Once the Python 2 & # versions of unittest2, vcr & nose are added as build
dependencies, the build fails because the tests require internet access (which
is not allowed when building Debian packages).
It would be good to alter the tests so that if there is no internet access, the
tests are skipped instead of failed.
Regards,
Ross
