[Python-modules-team] Bug#814781: python-model-mommy: Please update model mommy to new upstream release and add python3 support

I've noticed that there is a new upstream release of model-mommy which:

* works with Django >= 1.7 (#755657)
* should fix bug #745093
* supports python3

It would be great if it could be available into debian, including the
python3 version.
