Hi Jean,

as you are upstream of this package, I guess you really mean what you 
wrote in your debian/copyright.

But please mention the GPL-3+ license also in your setup.py. 
Just GPL would mean GPL-1+.

Further you should name the license block in your debian/copyright GPL-3+ as well.
