Dear Maintainer,
ScottK pointed this out to me last night, but I don't have time right
now to debug this, so I'm filing this bug in case someone else has
time and inclination, and so it won't get lost.
Genshi comes with a _speedups.c extension module, which does get built
for both Python 2 and 3, but only the Python 2 version ends up in the
appropriate binary package. python-genshi includes the .so but
python3-genshi does not.
