Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading to liblapack3 3.6.0-1 I saw the missing symbol error when
rerunning an analysis.

Downgrading to liblapack3 3.5.0 fixes the issue. It looks like there's some
work to fix this issue in the next release of scipy:
https://github.com/scipy/scipy/pull/5518

Shortest test case to duplicate the issue I have is:
python3 -c 'import scipy.linalg.lapack'
