I think you might be confused; these a warnings only. The build-depends
installs the required packages.

Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 9), dh-python,
 python3-all (>= 3.2), python3-setuptools, python3-markdown (>= 2.1.0),
 python3-jinja2, python3-yaml, python3-watchdog, python3-pkg-resources,
 python3-click, python3-tornado, python3-livereload,
 mkdocs-bootstrap (>=0.1.1), mkdocs-bootswatch (>=0.1.0),

I will see if I can silence the warning, but I don't think anything is
broken here or that the serious severity is justified.
