I am not convinced admin is appropriate:
"Utilities to administer system resources, manage user accounts, etc."
celeryd isn't a utility for system administrators, it is a deamon used
mainly by Python applications.
I looked at memcached which serves a similar role; it is in the web
section - not convinced that is correct either.
