Option --ignore is here from 1.1.1 version and in Jessie is 2.6.3-2

Error when building in Jessie:
python -m unittest discover: error: no such option: --ignore

pybuild is running unittest on Jessie instead of pytest.

So $subj is correct, wrong version of pybuild, not wrong version of pytest
as you mention in body. :)
