[Python-modules-team] Bug#843177: python-pyxmpp version number should include debian_revision

Dear Maintainer,

The package python-pyxmpp should include a debian_revision number in its
package name to ensure upgrades between debian releases. You should
probably also drop the alternative dependency on Python 2.6 for jessie
and above.
