Dear Debian Qt-KDE & Debian Python Modules Teams,

I'm not using PySide at all, and won't have capacity before the freeze to
tackle this migration. To make this clear, I have pushed my removals from
Uploaders' field in both pyside and pyside-tools.

The future's probably https://github.com/PySide/pyside2 , but it's probably
_very_late_ in the freeze to upload this.
