It the problem is unreproducible and happens on only one architecture,
I would just ignore it.

It did not go away, I just disabled running the jstests during build in
this commit:

Do you have any use cases where the documentation should be built in
build-arch target, rather than build-indep (which is only run for arch-indep
builds)?
