Yes, Matthias. I think he was really joking, or trying to make a point
by using sarcasm. I replied to him and explained why it would not
work: It's packages entering testing all the time breaking other
packages that were already in testing, and we can't detect that
by rebuilding only the packages which are about to enter testing.
