[Python-modules-team] Bug#860462: python3-obsub: Package short description seems to belong to python3-systemfixtures

Hi,

the short package description of python3-obsub now reads

«Test fixtures providing fake versions of various system resources»

which is exactly the same of python3-systemfixtures and does not correspond to the description of the "brother" package python-obsub («Python module that implements the observer pattern via a decorator»).

I am afraid somehow there was an exchange of short descriptions.
