[Python-modules-team] Bug#871995: Again re-assigning to astropy

Control: reassign -1 python-astropy

While I would still "INTERNALERROR"s count as errors of pytest, it seems
that there is a fix (or workaround) in astropy, which may (well,
hopefully) also fix the FTBFSs in the several packages:

I am going to add this to the next upload of astropy; therefore, I
re-assign the bug(s).
