[Python-modules-team] Bug#872932: jupyter-notebook: Cannot type '@' character in Terminal

Dear Maintainer,

When i open a terminal in jupyter-notebook, i cannot type '@' character.
It's annoying because i mainly use the terminal to send result files by mail.
In the python notebooks, i can type '@'.
