[Python-modules-team] Bug#883784: src:cloudpickle: Binary package for Python 2

Dear Maintainer,

The next release of spyder will require a dependency on cloudpickle [1].
Since spyder is packaged for both Python 2 and 3, could you please
consider providing a binary package for Python 2?
