[Python-modules-team] Bug#850098: subliminal: please package new upstream version 2.0.x

The latest upstream version is currently 2.0.5. This request is to help with
the packaging of flexget (ITP: #724718) which depends on subliminal >=2.0rc1.

I would appreciate help packaging the new version of subliminal, but will get
around to it myself eventually within the DPMT once I deal with the other
dependencies.
