This arises from sage.env setting
> SINGULAR_SO = "/usr/lib/%s/libsingular-Singular.so" % sysconfig.get_config_var('MULTIARCH')
while sysconfig.get_config_vars() shows me MULTIARCH is not set. What could be the reason for this?
