[Python-modules-team] Bug#857278: python-nacl: sodium_init() fails because already initialized.

This patch is no longer required now as this issue has been fixed with 
the new release 1.1.0 in upstream.
Also this includes quite a few new features and doing a new release for 
Debian will greatly help.
