[Python-modules-team] Bug#858051: python-twitter: Bundle package for Python 3

Dear Python Modules Team, it would be nice if not only the `python-twitter`
package got updated, but also would be very helpful to have its Python 3
counterpart, like for instance `python3-twitter`.

Python 2 will be abandoned on 2020, so there's still a few years ahead. Thank
