[Python-modules-team] Bug#880562: python-scipy-doc doesn't render maths

Package: python-scipy-doc
Version: 0.19.1-1

The HTML pages shipped by python-scipy-doc don't render mathematics
correctly. For example,
<file:///usr/share/doc/python-scipy-doc/html/tutorial/integrate.html#general-integration-quad>
shows literally:

   The points can be \(\pm\infty\) (\(\pm\) inf) to indicate infinite limits.

In contrast,
<https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/tutorial/integrate.html#general-integration-quad>
correctly shows:

   The points can be ±∞ (± inf) to indicate infinite limits.
