[Python-modules-team] Bug#881213: python3-parsedatetime recommends (python 2) python-pyicu

Package: python3-parsedatetime
Version: 2.4-2
Severity: minor

The python 3 binary package recommends the python 2 ICU package,
which presumably isn't useable. The correct recommendation is probably
python3-icu (there is no python3-pyicu, but python3-icu builds from
the same source package as python-pyicu, so I assume provides the same
interface).
