[Python-modules-team] Bug#895854: sphinx: autopkgtests fail because upstream removed tests/run.py

Since the upload of sphinx version 1.7.2-1, the autopkgtest¹ fails. This
is apparently due to the removal of the script called by the test. There
is no tests/run.py anymore in the upstream code.

Could you please fix your autopkgtests?
