An upload of hyperkitty happened. A patch was added to the code to
accommodate for the new python-django-q API. However, hyperkitty didn't
version the (Build-) Depends on python-django-q, while the code doesn't
work with the old version. So running its autopkgtest in testing fails,
which delays the migration. I guess the patch could have been made
backwards compatible, or the version of python3-django-q needs to be
versioned.

This is still helpful, hence the clone and reassigning. The breaks
doesn't need to be versioned (but may be for derivatives?) as
python-hyperkitty (which is broken) is replaced by python3-hyperkitty.

^^ This.
