[Python-modules-team] Problems with uscan and PyPi.debian

Hello everybody!

I am trying to adopt python-scp package. When I download the code from
salsa, and then run uscan for download the las version I have the next
error:

uscan warn: In watchfile debian/watch, reading webpage
  https://pypi.debian.net/scp/ failed: 502 Bad Gateway

I had this error with other packages. There are some problems with
PyPi.debian? we have to use other repo to download the last upstream
version?
