[Python-modules-team] Bug#907325: python3-djangorestframework-generators 0.2.8 doesn't work with Django 1.10

This is a known bug in 0.2.8:

How to reproduce it:

python manage.py generate manager --format modelviewset

will generate:

  File
"/python/api/lib/python3.5/site-packages/drf_generators/management/commands/generate.py",
line 8, in <module>
    class Command(AppCommand):
  File
"python/api/lib/python3.5/site-packages/drf_generators/management/commands/generate.py",
line 33, in Command
    option_list = AppCommand.option_list + base_options
AttributeError: type object 'AppCommand' has no attribute 'option_list'


This is because python3-djangorestframework-generators 0.2.8 needs to be
upgraded to 0.3.0 where the problem has been fixed
