[Python-modules-team] Bug#890329: python3-stdeb: Missing pypi-* scripts

Dear Maintainer,

Over at https://github.com/astraw/stdeb#the-commands, several commands
are documented.  These are in the source package at scripts/ but are
missing in the debs.  Please install them.
