[Python-modules-team] Updating python3-openid

Hello!

I'm looking into updating python-social-auth to latest version (by
possibly creating a new package python-social-auth-core containing the
core module), and it would depend on python3-openid (>= 3.0.10)[1].

I would like to know if someone currently has plans to update
python3-openid in Debian. Last update was in November 2015.[2]
Otherwise, i can look into it.
