[Python-modules-team] Import repository

Hi,

I have a python-ldap repository under my personal account
https://salsa.debian.org/wvdakker-guest/python-ldap.
Since I have no rights to import it, can someone import this
repository into DPMT?

Also have 3.1.0-2 ready with updated VCS links. Please upload
this if it looks ok.
