[Python-modules-team] Bug#892906: python-lupa: add lua build dependency

Hi,
the patch is actually not good as buildd will ignore the alternatives.
This should be better : 

- libluajit-5.1-dev,
+ libluajit-5.1-dev [!s390x !alpha !hppa !ia64 !m68k !powerpcspe !sh4 !sparc64] | liblua5.1-0-dev

based on the current support of luajit.
