Resolving bug 893360 (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=893360)
leads to install python3-tornado version 5.0.0-2, which removes python3-zmq :

I'm not sure if the bug concerns python3-zmq ot python3-tornado.

Indirectly, this renders jupyter uninstallable and unusable (as it is broken
with python3-tornado version 5.0.0-1).
