While installing python-ipywidgets-doc dpkg reported the following error.

sections are invalid.
  Note: `install-docs --verbose --check file_name' may give more details about
the above error.

I ran --verbose --check:

  Warning in `/usr/share/doc-base/python-ipywidgets-doc', line 11: file
`/usr/share/doc/python-ipywidgets-doc/html/  index.html' does not exist.
  Error in `/usr/share/doc-base/python-ipywidgets-doc', line 11: all `Format'
sections are invalid.

There doesn't appear to be any HTML files in the .deb
